Dream Versus Reality

Dream asked Reality
"Can I enter your locality"?

Reality replied:
"The members of my surroundings are hard,
they can't be broken or can't be ignored,
but you are light and so soft,
that you evaporate on facing the world."

Dream felt bad,
on hearing such thought,
it retorted in full voice-
"Don't forget I am better loved,
you are so cruel and too harsh,
thus, what are you boasting of"?

Reality gave a decent smile,
and gave a sarcastic reply:
"I am truth,
I am crystal clear,
but you are faded, distorted and unclear.
My life is long and strong,
but you are a thing of short span."

Dream failed to control its anger any more,
with red eyes and coloured face, it exploded,
"Short span,
yes very short span,
but the intelligent remember me for very long.
I give birth to big big realities,
now I feel,
there is no use of entering your locality".
